If you would like to be a memeber of the Fore Golf Club please download and fill out the following application and bring it to the Golf Club at the Main Clubhouse with your check.
Invitation to play in monthly scratch tournaments and golf matches. Participate in Outings and Golf Club events. Instruction and tips on the game from golf lovers and fellow players. Attend monthly meetings, discussions, raffles, prizes over coffee and donuts or bagels at our club house. As a Club Member, you are eligable for the broken window fund coverage.
Tournament fees vary from 5 to 40 $ for 1 and 2 day type tournaments/outings.
Sunrise Lakes Phase 4 Recreation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
