Advertising Package

Thank you for your interest in becoming an advertiser and/or a sponsor of our Magazine and Programs.  All Advertising Art Work and Payments are due by the 5th of the prior month of publication.  For Maketing Materials, they are due on the 20th of the prior month.

Please send your completed and signed agreement form and digital copy of your ad via email. (This document can be found at the bottom of this page).

TSSM Advertising Details

 Color Ads

• Full Page - 10.5 x 7.25 inches

• Half Page - 7.5 x 5 inches
• Quarter Page - 5 x 3.25 inches
• Business Card 1/8th of a Page - 3.25 x 2.5 inches

Notes:

• All Ads in our Magazine are required to have a signed agreement.
• All Ads must be paid by the 5th day of the prior Month of the next issue due.
• Artwork must be submitted by the 10th of the prior Month if any changes.
• Agreement and Artwork may be submitted via email to all contacts below
• Invoices will be issued upon request and sent via email.
• All ads will be displayed on a rotation basis, sometimes in the first half and sometimes in the second half of the magazine.
• Ads will run on a period (month-to-month / 3 months / 6 months) basis and may be cancelled by Vendor or Sunrise Lakes Management by the 30th day of the prior month’s issue.
• Art will be available in Print Form at Club House and PDF form at our website (http://sl4recdistrict.com/)
• Pricing is subject to change and will be communicated to Vendors prior to any changes take effect.

Banners Displays Options

Full Vertical Banner on Stand

For display in the Main Club House in the Lobby - Advertiser Provides the Banner and Stand (4 Spots Available).

Banners will be on display from the 1st of the month until the last day of the month and it must be delivered by the 25th of the prior month.

Website advertising

The link will be directed to the location of the Advertiser's Preference. (4 Spots Available).

Banner will be in display on the first page at our website’s show page (https://www.sl4recdistrict.com/shows-for-the-season) from the 1st until the last day of the month and it must be submitted by the 25th of the prior month -- Art and Link.

Facebook Advertising

The link will be directed to the website location of the Advertiser's Preference. (4 Spots Available).

Information will be in Posted on the main feed of our page (www.facebook.com/sl4recdistrict) and 3 times a week from the 1st until the last day of the month and it must be submitted by the 25th of the prior month -- Art and Link.

Sponsorships

We currently host many gatherings here at the clubhouse, some are for our residents only and others open to the public via ticket purchasing, these are:

• Shows,
• Dances,
• Bingo Nights,
• Movie Days,
• Activity Days and
• Lunch & Learn Sessions

All these activities can be sponsored by your organization, please see Marian Weisberg about the availability of shows in our upcoming months.

Sponsorships include a six-foot table with 2 chairs that will be placed on the lobby of the clubhouse near the entrance to the venue where the event will occur (Theater or Ballroom), the ability to collect data from residents and participants towards a raffle to be done in a scheduled time at the event.

Advertisers are required to submit to Sunrise Lakes Phase 4 office, for its prior approval, all advertising and promotion (collectively, “advertising”) of Company’s products or services by Dealer or Web Affiliate. Advertising (unless otherwise specified) , please send to above emails using this form provided. Advertising submissions must conform to the formatting and other requirements detailed above, which form may change from time to time.
