The Phase 4 Recreation District brings in performers from all around the country to perform at our very own Theater! With enough seats to accommodate a sell out event, we invite all residents and neighbors to join us for a taste of Broadway!

Spectacular entertainers from around the world will delight you with their talents as they perform for our residents in Phase 4. Sunrise Lakes offers the perfect venue for performers to showcase their talents. From musical and theatrics to magic and comedy, we have many shows that will certainly appeal to you no matter what your taste is.

With a variety of programs, including comedy, dance, concerts and Broadway style theatrical productions from Tony, Grammy and Emmy Award-winning performers, We think you will agree that Sunrise Lakes Phase 4 Theater offers some of the best entertainment to be found anywhere.
